Returns & Refunds policy

Our used gadgets have a warranty of two (2) weeks after purchase. Customers are to check any used gadget purchased thoroughly for malfunctions, before leaving the store.

If there is any malfunction observed in used gadgets purchased, customers are to bring the gadget back to the store for a replacement within two (2) weeks for both used and new devices. This guarantee does not apply for accessories.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Abuse and Misuse of product, replacement of parts by non-verified AIG Global Services centers, failure to adhere to manufacturer’s instruction in terms of product usage and accessories used, accidents such as dropping or falling damage due to spillage or food/liquids, act of God, water, fire, wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage fluctuation exposure to excessive temperature, exposure to moisture or dampness (whether corrosion occurs), sand, dust, dirt, misuse, mishandling, tampering, neglect, abuse such as shock, rusting or stains, improper installation, unauthorised modifications carried out to the product, failure to follow normal operating procedure or any other event beyond the control of AIG Global including deficiencies in consumable parts such as battery leakage or normal wear and tear of the product.

2. Uk used iPhone from 2014 to 2020 are battery replaced or boosted from manufacturer. As long as the iPhone battery works normal, we are not responsible for any reduction on the health of the battery.

REFUND POLICY

There is no refund for deposits and purchases. A refund will be made for a purchase after the item has been sold to another customer.
